Kelli Henry, PharmD, MPA
Senior Research Associate
Kelli Henry, PharmD, MPA, BCCCP serves as a Senior Research Associate studying ICU workload and applications of artificial intelligence to improve comprehensive medication management.
She is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, and earned a PharmD and MPA from the University of Kentucky. She completed her PGY1 and PGY2 critical care residency at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG Health) and later worked as a critical care pharmacist in the Medical ICU.

Kaitlin M. Blotske, PharmD
Critical Care Pharmacy Clinician Scientist Fellow
Kaitlin Blotske grew up in her hometown of Stockbridge, Georgia. She completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and PGY1 and PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program at the UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital. Her clinical interests include critical care, cardiology, and infectious disease medicine. Outside the hospital, Kaitlin can be found at a local coffee shop fueling her coffee addiction, skiing, playing volleyball, traveling, or exploring new restaurants/activities around town.

​Xingmeng Zhao received her Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2025 Summer. Prior to that, she earned her M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Colorado Denver and her B.S. in Statistics from Minzu University of China. Her broad multidisciplinary research interests include biomedical and social applications of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), with a focus on model fairness, bias detection, and equitable AI in healthcare. She has published numerous refereed technical papers in prestigious venues spanning NLP, biomedical informatics, and computational social science, including NAACL, COLING, ICWSM, BioNLP, Clinical NLP, and JAMIA. Xingmeng was awarded the Future Research Leaders in Artificial Intelligence (30 national) by the University of Michigan.

Moriah Cargile
Critical Care Pharmacy Student Intern

Moriah Cargile is a fourth-year pharmacy student at the University of Colorado. In addition to her role as a Research Intern, she also enjoys working as an Inpatient Pharmacy Intern at the UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora. When she isn’t researching for work and school, she is researching her next family adventure, she is always on the lookout for new ways to make lasting memories and keep life fun.

Adeleine Tilley
Student Intern

Adeleine Tilley is a second-year Doctor of Pharmacy candidate at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health from the University of South Florida. Adeleine serves as a Research Assistant in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and as a Pharmacist Intern at Highlands Behavioral Health System. She is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes through evidence-based practice, public health advocacy, and patient-centered care.

Andrea Sikora, PharmD, MSCR, FCCM, FCCP

Andrea Sikora, PharmD, MSCR, BCCCP, FCCM, FCCP is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and adjunct faculty at the University of Georgia (UGA) College of Pharmacy. Dr. Sikora graduated from UGA College of Pharmacy, completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Medical Center in Chapel Hill, NC, and completed her Master of Science in Clinical Research from Emory University. She is a founding member of the UGA Critical Care Collaborative (UGAC3) and the UGA Generative AI Initiative. She has mentored 75+ trainees on 100+ scholarly works over the course of her career. She has received several federal grants evaluating applications of artificial intelligence for optimized medication use in the intensive care unit (ICU) and is an author of the book Pay It Forward: A Map to Mentorship in Medicine and InteGREAT: How to make great healthcare teams.

Brian Murray, PharmD, BCCCP

Brian Murray, PharmD, BCCCP is an Assistant Professor in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences with a secondary appointment in the University of Colorado School of Medicine Department of Biomedical Informatics. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at University of North Carolina and his PGY-1 and PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of North Carolina Medical Center.
